Fitted Kitchens
Vincent removed our old kitchen and fitted the new one in for us. He was very easy to deal with, conscientious in his work and the results were fantastic. We set a price and time period for the work and the whole experience went by without any problems. I'd recommend Vincent to anyone for this type of work.
Internal Painting & Decorating
he arrived at 10am for 9am. No excuse given. He left at 17H45. Cracked a bathroom floor tile but denied it was him. Did a patch up job.

Best Annie, You want me to pay you for a cracked tile which we there, as you mentioned the other builder gave you a check back when he cracked the other tiles. Not good on you.

Vincent: the other workman acknowledged he had damaged the tile so yes he did offer to replace it at no cost to us, which was the right thing to do. You have been denying consistently that you did it. We also noticed areas that had been overlooked when you repainted the kitchen, the area between 2 electrical sockets, and other areas. We will certainly not be using you again nor recommending you.

I am not looking for a million things that are wrong. We have been using this website for a long time and always been happy with the work and service. This is our 1st bad experience. Ratedpeople ask the client to rate the job done and that is what we did. We do not want your money nor seeing you in our house again.
Bespoke Furniture
Vincent is proactive and friendly and he works with a very good finish. We didn't do bespoke furniture in the end, but he solved a number of remaining items that we were unsure of how to get around and he helped us complete our room. Will definitely be calling him for the next project.
