I can't recommend Rimi and his crew highly enough. The quality of the work, the speed, the friendliness, and the ability to adapt to changing tastes, situations and obstacles was superb. A very professional, competent and extremely hard working organisation that I will, and have, recommended to all. Will be using for all future work at my place.
Loft Conversion
I’m a construction novice taking on my first major renovation project and I’m happy we used Rimi and his team for the job. They were the best of three quotes, delivered on time and to the agreed budget. They are trustworthy, polite and considerate to the neighbours. They worked full days, every day and took great pride in their work ethic, flexibility and delivering the results we sought. I will be using them again until the work runs out.
Home Improvements
After using two bad builders, we found Rimi and Mustafa who completely turned around the refurbishment of our Victorian house. Initially, we were only going to use them for a few jobs but were so impressed that we decided to use them for the entire project including bathrooms, plastering, carpentry etc. They work hard, arrive early with a smile on their face and leave late when necessary. They're a pleasure to work with and have a good attitude. We were even a little sad when they left the final day!
External Rendering
Rimi was very easy to work with. He quoted a reasonable price. He and his builders repaired my bay window roof and re-rendered the walls around the window area. He was on time and did a good job. There were some small things I was concerned about that he came back and fixed quickly. The only thing I would suggest Is that he quotes on a spreadsheet rather than in an email as it looks more professional. Having said that, he did provide me with a proper invoice once the work was done.
Stone / Concrete Paving
Rimi Renovations team did an outstanding job in our backyard, which included paving stones, removing old fences, raising a bed flower, fixing walls, setting a lower flower and tree bed, laying new lawn, and setting a neat drainage solution. The key highlights are the quality of their work (it shows they really care and value their craft), flexibility, solution-focus, and great communication skills. We changed specifications during the process and they were flexible and helpful to accommodate our changes.
