robert arrived on time, he is polite and friendly, very though and professional. he was receptive to any questions, freely offered advice, the work done was very neat, and he cleaned up after him.. highly recommended.

Do not trust this plumber- He came to the house to fix a leaking toilet- but instead of doing his job, he came spoke to me over the phone as i was not at home- spend 5 minutes took £20 pound for the job from my wife and said he can not see any leak- and left- when i called him after work, he refused to take any responsibility but agreed for the refund- so i had to call anothr plumber for the same job- After 3 days he refused to refund- I will take this matter with OFT-- so be aware- you are warned
