Garage Conversion
Single garage conversion with pitched roof, mezzanine floor and dormer in Llandough. Father and Son business workmanship well below buildings control standards, sub optimal and cheap materials used, not aligned to architect drawings, critical structural measurements wrong wants money up front, very messy, It has taken a further 6 months and extra costs with a new builder to rectify all issues including roof, insulation, dormer and Velux window to enable building control to be satisfied.

Took a drive by this property the other day We left in December so six months have not passed in time the outside is still not finished All our materials were purchased from Travis I can prove it also building control past all of our work This guy was difficult all the way through and a lier saying thank u for the nice work until he pulled a fast one after the stairs where fitted I also have photos of everything We as builders always get the blame All I can say his post is untrue

Facts are you were asked to leave after taking advice from other tradesman and building control that observed your work in detail, you broke your own building contract, you tried pulling a fast one trying to charge us twice with your supplier for the staircase, which doesn’t meet building regs as the roof is not to drawing - I can go on, but to call yourself a trustworthy builder that for sure is incorrect and the tradespeople who are finishing this job are testament to that.
Loft Conversion
Rob & team did a cracking job. Quick workers to a good standard. Knew what they were doing which was reassuring. Over came obstacles due to age of house. Competitive quote and I would employ again.
Plaster Skimming
Robert was friendly, approachable with an honest attitude to costings at initial meet. His team undertook plastering and ground work. The job was done effectively with a good finish. Very pleased. Thank you.

Gates looked fine but tended to fall apart on use. Another tradesman was needed to improve.
