House Extension
Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
The service Bill provided was excellent from the start to finish of the job, giving us detailed quotes and fully explaining options, keeping us informed of progress and always willing to give further explanation as the job progressed. The service and the completed work were excellent. Bill and his team were prompt, tidy and courteous and at the end of the job tidied the site leaving no mess. We would definitely use RL Contracts again. Thanks Bill.

Damp Proofing
Great job. Was only initially to do damp proofing but we ended up getting RL contracts to do more work for us. Good workmanship and very reliable.
uPVC Fascias / Soffits / Cladding
From the outset Bill listened to what I required for the job & my high expectations. He provided a contract which included the job spec plus extras & the agreed costs. Bill & his team left the premises clean & tidy every evening. That was brilliant. Not very often that happens. He kept in touch by text to let me know where they were with the job & when they expected to finish. Delighted with the quality & standard of their work. Highly recommended!!
