Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

Hasn't finished the job - our dishwasher waste pipe is still not connected properly. Paid money for nothing. Is now blocking calls and ignoring texts.

Quoted £50 to hang a light and 5 clothes rails.Tried to change the price after we agreed. I said no,so he came and started, didn't have the materials he needed, I gave him £20 to buy screws, didn't get change. He came back and said he wasn't going to be able to do it all that day and would be back. Arranged another evening for him to come, got text telling me the price had gone up and he was charging me petrol money! I questioned this and got a message back telling me to go elsewhere!

I was told the clothes rails were to be screwed into a brick wall I get to the job and find it's a plasterboard wall so wasnt a straight forward job. hence me needing more time and more money for more materials.
