External Rendering
Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
External Rendering
I've agreed a price with Rob to remove all the pebble dash and render of my house. He started and 2 days later he requested more money, that's agter a thorough survey where we agreed on a price. I refused to pay him the additional £1000, that's 25% more than we agreed. He then packed up his equipment and left....He's caused damage to my house, cracks appeared on the inside of the house and he's damaged my waste pipe outside which will cost me a fortune to repair. I'm so disappointed, words can't explain..

It is lack of common sense to post lies. Indeed we agreed a price for what you asked but you required extra job for the same price after couple of days. Damages done costs less then £20. The cracks that you claim I've don e are due to the old render which you asked me to remove, even I warned you about this. You did not pay me anything for the work done.

Fortunately I've had the 'common sense' to get more quotes at the time. I've since lined up a reputable renderer who will be doing the same job, at the same price. I've agreed with him verbally and per text (again) You've cost me at least £400 in repairs. Plumbers and decorators don't work for free or even £20. No payment was made as you've requested payment only after the job is completed. You chose to leave after 2 days after I refused to pay you £1k more for the same job.

So glad we went on Rated people. Rob is excellent, very professional, builder in all aspects of work he carried out.
