Came and gave me a reasonable quote so I hired them. The job was quoted as 3 days work but was done in 1. Sti had to pay the full price though which seemed odd as I thought the quote included 3 days work. However the job was done to a decent standard but there was alot of mess left. I only gave 4 ? due to this. I would hire them again if the price was right.

  Avoid this company. They gave a reasonable price for the job to self level my floors for new tiles to be laid. I thought the job was done great, however that changed the following few days. Cracks appeared lumps big lumps appeared and the place is a mess. All my skirting boards have to be replaced and I have to pay for it redoing. I paid for 10 bags of concrete and they used only 4 but took the rest. Emailed them to sort the issues but had no response from them at all.

  I have to him the quotations of kitchen ceiling plastering, kitchen flooring self-levelling both for £310 including materials and I said to him if I do it myself then it might take 3 days but when I can to work I came with two other workers and job was finished on the same day and he paid us. But he wasn’t happy that we finished it in a day instead of three days. When I was doing self-levelling in the floors it did get a bit messy to which I told him and he was fine with that.

  Rokib is lying, the day he came round to quote he quoted for 3 days and that it would be him and one other person. He said that i wouldn't be able to stand on the floor for 3 days. They finished the ceiling quickly and started on the floor. They ordered 10 bags of self levelling concrete for the job which was part of the quote. Only 4 bags were used and they took the other 6 even though i paid for them. He quoted £520 for the job not £310. I have a receipt for this and he said he needed a deposit of £200.

  I paid the full amount in 2 parts £200 deposit and £320 on completion of the works. After the floor had dried we went back in the house. There were some patches that were still soft so we left it for a couple of more days. I e-mailed the company on the address given and had no reply. I sent another e-mail with all the faults again. I received and e-mail saying that it had been 2 weeks so they won't do anything. In fact it was a week as the floor didn't dry until over a week. With no reply to my first e-mail

  I had to get it corrected at my expense. I was very pleased that they managed to do all the job in 1 day and told them this before they left. I have sent pictures to the company and posted on here. They said to me that the concrete would wash off the skirting boards and walls. This has turned out to be a lie and i am now having to replace all my skirting boards. they said they would clean all the mess outside and that the plaster and concrete on my exterior wall, pavement and door would come off in the rain

  It was £310 for flooring and levelling and skimming but I charged him £210 extra because all the plaster boards had a big gap and I took them and put it back and taped all of them and Tony paid £210 as a separate cost so all together he paid £520. The job was done professionally and he was happy about it and gave the payment. He is only disappointed because the job was done in one day. I did use 10 bags of cement and I also have a receipt for this. I will not discuss with him as he is lying for refund.

  I wanted it cleaning so used my jet washer and that can't even get it off and looks like a right eyesore. I was sent an e-mail saying i had to contact them before I leave a review so i did but as i said i received no reply. I have paperwork to prove everything i have said, and that his version of events aren't as they actually happened. Bottom line, his invoice he sent says how much he charged and my CCTV shows how many were working.

  I will not respond anymore. I have referred this to Trading standards to deal with. Why would i say all this just for a refund when i have all the proof in pictures and paperwork. You can see some of the pictures on here?

  I was mixing plaster outside of his house, there is a couple of plaster stain that has gone to his external walls and it comes off if it rains or if he washes it himself. If he has proof then he can do whatever he wants to rob because I won’t give refund because the job was done professionally and he was happy with it. Once the customer is satisfied with the job, this is when we ask for the payment. I won’t give any response after this.

  How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.
