External Wall Painting
All external wood to be painted. Job start delayed difficulty in getting a roof ladder Problem was always going to be an inverted cross piece above the conservatory. Which he said wouldn’t beat him, it did. He didn’t make me aware that he couldn’t do it until he was packing up .All the wood he did paint to a good standard no mess created or left. However 85% of the job done no reduction in price didn’t communicate the difficulty with the cross piece until finished. Will have to get dish retuned too
