It gives me great pleasure to endorse Jarad London construction Ltd. Our three-story, 140-year-old Leeds home recently received a new roof from Billy and his crew. This was far from a simple project because it required removing the old slate tiles from the entire roof, replacing them with brand-new, larger-format cement tiles, replacing 2 skylights and adding a sun tunnel. There aren't many straight angles on our roof, so Billy and the guys patiently worked to finish one side before moving on to the other.
Jarad London quoted for a full roof replacement. Jarad London was very straight forward to deal with. Him and his team showed up as promised consistently and everything was done by the book - detailed quotes, insurance back guarantee, building control certificate etc. Always responsive when asked for updates/photos. Work completed to schedule despite the really poor condition of old roof structure.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Jarad is very nice and hard working and him and his team worked quickly and to a good standard but let themselves down at the end. The finishing on the felt roof was very poor and showed a lack of pride in his work hence the 3 star review. The actual re-roofing of the garage roof was done very well at a very good price.
