we were asked to do plumbing repairs. and after I explained we are a roofing company the client got upset.
Slate & Tiled Roof
After a good initial experience owing to unforeseeable circumstances, the company was unable to complete the work. Although we then completed the job with a different company, this was due to an event which made it impossible for the contractor to complete as planned within the time frame we required. The company did its best and offered a personal apology. We also obtained a full refund.

we were happy to offer a full refund to Emma who was absolutely the life of customer to work for unfortunately due to the covid-19 Outbreak we were not able to continue her job and have to stop unexpectedly fortunately she was able to finish her job in a timely fashion and was very happy with all the work that was done.
Wooden Cladding /Fascias/ Soffits
Overall very good and very pleased with the final outcome. Slight delay in starting the job but this was addressed with an apology and discount once my need for urgency was understood. The trader then did everything possible to complete the job as soon as possible to my satisfaction and even threw in some extras at a reasonable price. I would use them again.
