Michael was very courteous and helpful. The jobs were small (changing a light socket, replacing a fuse, and troubleshooting a doorbell), but he was gracious enough not to make me feel silly for not having the know-how to fix them myself. This may seem a small thing, but I value it highly as a person with high tradesman anxiety. I would engage this firm again. Communication was sustained and honest.
