End of Tenancy Cleaning
Extremely disappointed with the service I received. After turning up an hour late I left Steve to do the job and upon returning 90 minutes later I found my laminate floors patchy with soap scum. None of the rooms had been hoovered, kitchen cupboards hadn't been touched. When I looked behind doors the floors were filthy and they hadn't moved items to clean under them-there were lines of dust around the edges of the floors. Windows and fridge hadn't been touched. V unaccommodating when I asked him to fix it.

On completion of this cleaning job i asked the customer to inspect the work ,The customer only mentioned the soap residue which i wiped up and asked the customer if they were happy which they replied yes and paid the full amount of money?. I was not a hour late if we run late or held up in traffic we always phone our customers But we do not take kindly to threatening phone calls and that is one of the many reasons we did not go back to the customers flat as they were happy earlier and paid thanks
