Carpet Fitters
What a waste of space. Quoted to fit my stair carpet and rods. Arrived late, cut 8 of the stair rods to resulting in me having to spend a further £88.00 to replace. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. Promised to replace the rods but is now ignoring me. Stay well away from this company.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .
Laminate Flooring
I got given a quote. Promised the world on the day of work they were suppose to start at 8am. By 9:30am no communication so I called. Sounded like they just woke up and a claim about being stuck in traffic. By 11:45 they turn up open 5 packs of laminate flooring take and break then come back and tell me they need to buy a saw. I waited till the cows come home. So around 14:00 I give them a call now answer. Needless to say they abandoned the job and lied they were going to buy materials. AVOID

Bathroom Repair
I hired Ryan from Ryals .Pms to fix my wobbly screen shower. he came to have a look at the job and gave me a quote to do the job. he came in on the 6th of March, ripped the screen shower out of the wall and left it on the side. He said he needed the money for materials etc, and I gave him the money and he never show up to do the work. I have been with 'MY BUILDERS' all these years and never had any problems....just decided to try another website, Please advise if I have to put the job back on.
