Ryan phoned me the morning after posting job. We organised a time in the afternoon for him to do the job that evening. Ryan turned up on time, and the job was carried quickly and cleanly. Price was cheaper than other quotes from more local plumbers, and Ryan was polite and friendly. Great job done at a great price. Will be saving his number for any future jobs that may be required.

We were very impressed with Ryan's workmanship and attitude; he completed the job to a high standard and we will certainly use him again if we have further plumbing problems. He gave us a rough idea of his eta but he rang about half an hour before he got to us to let us know he was on his way. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and we are very happy to recommend him to others.

Ryan examined the toilet and found the cause of the problem very quickly. He had the parts to fix it then and there. He cleaned up when he was done. He quoted me a price and said it would be no more than that. He actually charged me £10 less than that. He also secured the cistern back to the wall and replaced the washer at no extra cost. He was late but did phone me to explain that he would be late. He had just finished a long job and his working day must have been very long. Thanks for a good job, Ryan!
