Sam was the 2nd tradesman we called out as the first was unable to find the problem and had caused some additional issues that Sam was able to take some time to understand and rectify. The work required a 2nd visit and Sam was very professional as to the time ensuring it was convenient to us but did not leave us without electricity in between.
