Poor timekeeping, not responding to email messages does not help either. This is a shame. The only positive is the quoted prices given are the going rates.

Over 3 hours late said van had to go for MOT. Surely they would have known this before giving the appointment time. Spoke to one brother on the phone gave a price, when he came out he said it must have been the other brother I spoke to and didn't realise the job was so big. It wasn't the other brother. Said two of them would have to come out next time and it would take longer. Price was double. One person came out and it didnt take long but was charged the second price given.
