Was considerate when the tenants didn't let the builders in on Saturday morning. Thank you for your patience.. Job done Monday and Tuesday, paid Wednesday. :) Recommended.

Very professional let me know times he was arriving etc neat tidy work quick finished in two days but worked from early morning until it was getting dark approximately just after 4pm Made a good job of the porch and the block paving just disappointed that he did not lay tiles in the porch! Just painted it but overall very pleased with their work

S&P responded quickly to my posting and arranged to come and assess the issue with my roof. Not only did they identify the source of the known problem (leak), they also identified several contributing problems AND saved us money by suggesting some simple repairs rather than a full roof replacement, which we had feared was necessary. They guaranteed their work for 10 years, and were super nice to our dog (means a lot to us!).
