Slate & Tiled Roof
He said the job would take 8 days. Over 6 months later he never completed it. When he bothered to show up the quality of his work was good, but as a direct result of his unreliability the rest of the construction project was delayed at considerably higher expense. He doesn't reply to emails or calls except when he wants to, and his workers will randomly turn up on site to use the toilet without doing any work. It's a shame because he seemed really good but he's too disorganised to recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your rating. Unfortunately work was only delayed due to delay in materials supply. Due to our good work on your roof we received 4 other jobs on your road where we have completed work successfully without any problem and were recommended to other people in different areas. In addition this we didn't use any toilets inside the property but we were using construction chemical toilet on site.

Said the job would take 8 days. 6 months later he never completed it. He blamed a delay in materials but waited 6 weeks before ordering the roof tiles. He went and did other people’s roof jobs before finishing mine. When he did show up his work was good, but as a result of his unreliability the the construction project was delayed at higher expense. He doesn't reply to emails or calls, and his workers will turn up to use the site toilet without doing work. He’s too disorganised to recommend to anyone.
