Very friendly but never bothered quoting despite numerous follow ups

They called and wanted to come over to see the job that evening and they arrived on time. After taking measurements they told me that they would contact me in the next 10 minutes with a quote. Since it was a Thursday evening and near the weekend and since they did not phone back I gave them the weekend to formulate the quote. I did not receive a call from them so I assume they did not want the job. In business they should keep their customers informed even tho it maybe bad news.

Thanks for the quick action, I posted job yesterday evening & Mr. Sandhu contacted me on my phone just after 5 minutes.. When I told him that Monday i have some guests visiting at home and i wish someone could do it on Sunday, Mr Sandhu replied "no problem we will do it for you on Sunday if it's that much important ".. And they proved it..He came in the morning at 7 am ,gave me the quotation & sent his team at 9 am .. thanks a lot guys..we need more people like you who can understand client's problems..

Left us waiting two days in a row for a roofer to come and look at the work needed. Some traders believe they can leave costumers waiting after being booked to come. A waste of time that affected us.

I am very Sorry Mr Garcia for the delay in your job roof inspection , I couldn't make it on time because of the traffic in London City .. i was there just after 5 minutes when you people left , please accept my apologies..and as you know roof inspection also depends on the weather.. we will contact you soon for the another visit to your property & give you quotation ASAP .. thanks
