RSJ instillation & other building work. Derrick is a highly knowledgeable & professional builder, he went over and above expectations when removing a load bearing wall to create a kitchen diner in our house along with removing an outdoor toilet. I’d recommend him in a heart beat & will be using his services in the future for other work.
Garden Office / Studio Construction
Commissioned to lay groundwork’s and construct a studio office / gym. Was a slightly unusual project that required movement and retention of an existing large shed, Derrick and team managed this exceptionally well with creative use of trolleys and levers. Good price upfront, some over runs that were communicated and agreed upfront (no surprises). Job ran a few days longer than planned due to poor weather, very happy with the way the team working between our site and next site to get the job done.

Over the moon with my new kitchen/diner. Wall was removed and RSJ installed. Work was completed to a very high standard and little extras were completed without even being requested. Would recommend 100%.
House Extension
Hiring Saunders Green Ltd for a front bedroom extension - we are pleased with all of the work carried out. The extension included block work, new gable roof, plumbing, electrics, plastering & 2 new windows. All work was to an excellent standard. Derick & Mike were very knowledgeable and courteous, always punctual and extremely hard working, nothing was too much trouble. Communication was exceptional. We will not hesitate to have further work done and have already recommended to family & friends Colin & Jo.
