I found Graham very knowledgeable, and he gave me several options to resolve my issue, post fitting Graham has helped with a query over the phone.

An excellent job repairing my electric gates - many thanks. Prompt, quality service at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone requiring installation, repairs or maintenance on their existing gates.
Wooden / Metal / Wire Fences
This company failed to return my calls, even having spoken to him and he promised to call back later to make an appointment. Diidnt even get a price!

I contacted the customer and gave him a lead time of about 4 weeks which was to long for them to wait. so I don't understand why the negative feedback.

Also The customer did not contact me after we had spoken to each other the first time around.
Access Control / Door Entry
The job was more difficult than he expected but although he spent more time he did not ask for more money. Clearly knew his stuff. Cannot rate his reliability except that he arrived when he said he would.
