Im a self employed electrician, i have been a member of rated people since 2013, my aim is to complete all of my work to a good standard whilst doing my best to keep the costs down, as i believe in repeat custom.

Hard to rate this. From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed - happy with that. However after 2 weeks still don't have electrical safety certificate needed for conveyancing. Been given 3 dates all of which have passed with no indication of when this will appear, Would rate highly for fixing problems, not quite as high for getting documents.

From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.

Fantastic service! Within 20 minutes of posting the request on rated people, Steve had called to find out about the job and gave us a very reasonable quote which we decide to go with. Rang to let us know that due to traffic he was running slightly late but still arrived at the agreed time of 9.00 a.m. And completed the job very quickly. Would definitely recommend him and will certainly use him again.
