The work that Scott and Chris did was really good however, they said they'd come back to finish areas around the windows, once they were installed, and to complete the areas around the fireplace and walls in the kitchen. I have since struggled to get in touch with Scott. I eventually did and he suggested "Thur or Fri next week". I agreed but on the Wed before I tried to confirm when he would come, as I had a joiner needing in, no response and now calls and texts are ignored. Leaving me out of pocket.

Lowered rating as due to teh work they have done, it is increasingly difficult to find someone else who will take on the work as I now need it urgently and it is not worth their time.

I have amended this rating as Scott has contacted me and it was due to no fault of his own that he was unable to come out and complete the work. He has also booked in a day to come back and finish the work. Really glad he is coming back as we were impressed with the quality of work done so fare

So very happy with the result. No complaints from me at all. Arrived when they said they would. Promptly got on with the job and once the job was completed they did the hoovering and mopping of the floors before heading off. 5 stars and I'm very happy indeed! :-)

The initial job plastering one wall in living room Scott did was great. I then booked to get a whole bedroom re-plastered and experience very different. I was unable to be there when job was finished. Came to find plaster all over the floor and skirting, took hours to sort. Uneven areas on the walls, edges not flush and not plastered at all around the window area. To add insult to injury is been charged £100 more than quoted.
