Water Underfloor Heating
Had a really tricky issue with my underfloor heating that various tradesman couldn't resolve. Delroy from Secta took a methodical approach, diagnosed it and then fixed it. He also helped me upgrade both my underfloor and central heating system, Highly recommend

Gas Boiler - Installation
I am very happy with Secta's quality of the work and communication. An extra part was required and I was notified of the additional cost and given the option on whether I wanted to proceed before the item was purchased. Arash was a dedicated engineer, he made sure the job was completed before he left, he is a great asset to the Sect team. The office staff were very professional and helpful. I would use their services again and highly recommend. Excellent customer service!

Gas Boiler - Installation
I called Secta because my boiler wouldn't switch on and I needed a gas safety certificate - they said they would charge a £90 call out fee. Delroy was punctual and kindly pointed out that it was just the fuse (so embarrassing). He didn't charge me the £90 but instead but just charged me £60 for the work he did for a gas safety certificate I needed, which took him an hour because he was so thorough. I've recommended him to my whole family.
