Wes quoted us the best price for replacing our uPVC windows, was prompt in getting the job done, and we were very pleased with the quality & workmanship. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend the company.

I initially gave Wes (Secure Sash) an excellent rating. This was before we realised that he had not installed safety glass in our front living room frame. This was despite him quoting for it, and that it was illegal for standard glass to be fitted, as they are under 800mm from the floor. It took over 6 months from us informing him to us actually getting the windows replaced. We also asked for a FENSA certificate to guarantee the work but we are still waiting. We have since found out that this company is not even registered with FENSA - they have never heard of them.

Extremely happy with all round job! Wes was the first person to come to the property to give us a quote. He was really helpful in explaining what he would do, and how long it would take. The quote was emailed to me the next day and we had a few other quotes over the course of the week. We decided to opt with Secure Sash and glad we did. After the final measurements for the windows were taken, Wes kept us informed on the manufacture dates and arranged a time to come and fit the windows with his team. They arrived promptly on the first morning phoning me half an hour before arrival to confirm they were on their way. The job lasted two days (which was quoted) and everything went well, they tidied everything up inside and out. Really happy with the look and fit of the windows, and the best recommendation I can give is that we have three remaining windows at our house and we will definitely be using Secure Sash to fit them in the future. Would recommend highly!

Wes the owner was extremely helpful and continually kept us updated with the order and completion of job. Would highly recommend their services, will definitely use again. Shame more tradesman aren't all like this!!!
