Steve fitted some new bath taps and basin taps in our bathroom. He arrived exactly at the time agreed (the next day after quoting) and did an efficient job. He even cleared a blockage in the basin trap unasked. We found him to be very prompt, cheerful, friendly and helpful and would not hesitate to use him again.

I would definitely recommend Steve in the future. He was first to respond, friendly, polite and genuinely seemed to want to help. We had a number of minor issues that needed attention including leaky toilets / pipes. Despite a small hiccup , Steve was attentive and rectified the problem and came back to our property within the hour. His quotations were very reasonable too and the quality of his work was good. All in all a very positive experience; our house is new build and hadn't needed any work before.
