It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both.

I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between.
Brick/stone walls, rendering, fencing, patios, garage conversions, roof repairs to name a few.
I am fully insured and reliable and guarantee to keep good communication throughout any work I take on from beginning to completion..

STEVE has caused me heartache, pain and distress and depressed to a high level of inhumane; the way he has done my garden is beyond me. I have paid him the whole amount that he asked for once completed the job. Not even a year since done. I have to ask few gardeners to have a look at my garden as is in poorly condition and is a falls risk at all costs. The slab are wobbly as laid solely on the sand, and some are cracked now. He has to repay me as someone will have to start afresh to redo the garden.

The garden looks like it has been done more than ten years ago. Is very disrespectful and selfish to leave my garden like that, I have worked hard to save up money for him to take my kindness as weakness. He need to be warned for poorly work, and so much heartache he has caused me. He is in a rush just to get money without delivering excellent work.
Pointing / Repointing
Came and looked at job requested, pointing of bungalow . Sent over a reasonable quote. Simon arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. Finished work looks great. Thank you
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe

Chimney Building / Repair
Steve and his workman did a excellent job on the brickwork on the outside of my house and also inside waterproofing it. He even popped by at very short notice today as I had a problem due to yesterday’s storm. I highly recommend him.
