I've now used Mick several times. He's very conscientious about the quality of work he delivers and always obliging if there is any remedial work to be carried out after the job is complete. He replaced my boiler and hot water tank and will always advise what's best with his many years knowledge. He's also fitted a new gas hobby and done some maintenance on radiators. Fully Gas Safe registered. He's not always the quickest to reply to emails or text but I understand how incredibly busy he is.

Mike was excellent, arranged a visit but also talked through the issue & was able to diagnose what he thought it may be over the phone - so when he arrived he had already picked up the correct part. He checked the whole system afterwards to ensure fault was properly fixed. He also helped with a couple of other issues I had in the house & was able to give a temporary fix which I had not booked him for. I will be asking him to come back to complete the jobs. Knows his job well & a real pleasure to deal with
