Over the years Iv worked for some of the biggest drainage companies in the uk so there isn’t much I haven’t seen, cleared or repaired. Unbelievable job by Luke. The job turned out to be trickier than anticipated but Luke took this in his stride and fixed it no problem. Got to see the issue on video and had a series of before during and after photographs too (which gives comfort when the work in underground. My new drive way had to be lifted and it was put back perfectly. Couldnt be happier

Luke came to inspect my drainage system as my toilets were blocked and I could not find a manhole cover to try to manually unblock them. He was able to access the system through the soil pipe and flush and clear the drains, and he took photographs and videos to show me where the problem was. He came out very quickly and sorted the problem, and explained every step very clearly. He also charged me the price quoted over the phone despite it being a bit more complicated. Thoroughly recommend!
