I had my cctv's camera fitted from terrence in nov 2019. Originally everything was smooth,the after sale customer service was very bad. I lost connection viewing the cctv cameras on my phone within 3 months, I contacted terence and he wanted me to sign up to his cctv service plan so that the IP address is consistent but didnt inform me that i can use P2P to view the cameras. I had another gentleman come around today a year and half later and helped me out without having the need of a service contract.
