Called early Saturday morning . Out within a couple of hours. Door was difficult and items I had purchased wouldn’t fit properly . Carters locksmiths got other parts and spent over an hour and a half fitting fixing adjusting and making the door work and everything good and secure . Fabulous service , and definitely recommend .

Quoted for job on initial call. Called again with his ETA and arrived on time. Saw problem was broken gearbox and fitted replacement, checking that everything aligned and worked properly. Drilled door handle mounting holes so inner handle fitted properly. Job completed quickly to a good standard. Many thanks.
