Electrical Inspection Condition Report
Not a great overall experience- arrived first day, issue found with main board (totally accepted).. re appointed next week and they didn’t turn up, next morning re arrange 9am; arrives 11am - had gone back to empty property to wait. Work done, monies paid - then 2 errors on certificate nearly stopped Tennant moving in! Got there in the end. Frustrating experience but I realise these things happen, just made my life stressful/harder, in the short-term! Seemed thorough in terms of actual electrical works.
