My carpets look like new. I am extremely pleased with the service. Trevor was prompt, trustworthy and worked hard to achieve my requirements. What was really great was that my carpets were dry within an hour. Amazing as there was 3 years of wear as well as so much cat fur to remove too. This was a very good service and I would use Shire again as well as recommend them.
