Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Unfortunately Tony’s work wasn’t up to the standard I expected. We ended up having a leak through the ceiling, a smelly sink, and tiling where the grout is coming out. Nice person but work not the best. Work was done 5 years ago but didn’t expect to be replacing my ensuite already.

After five years you would expect to do some cosmetic maintaining of your shower room touching up grouting and a smelly sink hardly down to poor workmanship some people just expect to much from a small budget

Tony, unfortunately the issues started only after a couple of years but we didn’t want to ask you back. We spent much more than our ‘small budget’.

Bathroom Repair
Terry and his assistant Mark were excellent workers. We are extremely happy with the work carried out. Terry has to be one of the best workers we have had in our home. He practically rebuilt our en suite and put right the walls around our bath in the family bathroom. He re plastered a wall in a bedroom that had very bad water damage from the en suite. He completed the work in 8 days his pricing was very good. They left the house very clean when the work was finished. He even had his own vacuum cleaner.

Tony from Simply maintanance was the best, most reliable, hard working and friendly tradesman wehave ever used!! If you are reading this comment, then you must trust me. I don't normally give feedback or write comments like this, but Tony 100% deserves all the praise and high recommendations that I can give him. We are NEVER going to use anybody else again to do any of our work. We will only use Tony from Simply Maintenance. He takes great pride in his work. So hard working and friendly. A huge thank you!
