Having spoken to Steve on the phone and by text, we agreed a date and time. However, Steve didn't turn up or call to say he wouldn't be coming. There was no answer when I called him and I have heard nothing further from him. The 1* is for the initial contact but I found that he is unreliable. Cannot comment on his work as he didn't do any

I'm sorry you feel this way, I think you'll find this is untrue we agreed date/time which I called 30 mins before arrival, with you cancelling appointment due too not having light fittings as promised, we then arranged another date which for unforeseen circumstances I've not been able to make contact as yet, which I'm happy too rearrange appointment if you so wish Thank you

Immediate attention given for advice needed regarding a faulty light. Very polite , courteous helpful and very reasonably priced.He was able to replace a faulty double socket in kitchen quickly and explained to me how to fix the light problem. Would certainly recommend him to friends and colleagues
