A very nice crew run by Simon Simon pleasant polite and a thoroughly nice man he was hard working has done an excellent job and would be proud to recommend him to anyone
Wooden Decking
I found him to be an extremely messy worker. The decking is un even, the supporting pillars are all different heights therefore causing the balustrades to be uneven. The spindles are not fixed in, so they fall out causing a health and safety issues. The balustrades and cappings also move. I have photographic evidence, video coverage and have had to gain other quotes to rectify his work. Very poor workman ship and finishing touches We are in the process of taking him to the small claims court.

Miss Van Beek took me to the small claims court regarding this matter and the claim was dismissed by the judge and I won the case. I would like to reassure anyone who has read this comment that there is no question on the standard of my workman ship and the quality of my work. Many thanks.

I remain by my above statement that the workmanship was of very a very poor quality. I had to use another tradesman to rectify my decking. I may have lost at the small claims court but that was due to dishonesty on behalf of sjw Williams. I would avoid using for all decking works. I have no reason to write a poor review unless this was justified and in this case it certainly was . Very untidy worker with very poor finishing touches which was also stated in a previous review by another customer which I wish
Tree Felling
Simon was very easy to deal with and worked to an excellent standard. He removed our trees precisely as we asked and helped us to remove a tree that we had previously felled ourselves as part of his overall task. Simon is polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He and his workmates kept us fully informed as the work progressed and we were very satisfied with the final result. We would certainly use Simon again for tree felling and would consider him for other garden services.
