Zakir is was fine. He sent one of his workers who fitted the LVT floor. Was charged £15 per trim and was not informed of this. Was charged me £40. The fitter was rude and demanded payment be transferred before he left! Stressed out tenant who is 9 months pregnant and her husband! Also finish in some areas are poor!
