Full roof replacement in 2020, some repairs done following this which became apparent a few weeks/months later. Difficult to get hold of Henry and we have never received the certificate or guarantee or the surveyors report which we had written promises of (if Skyline read this please contact me regarding these). Had a house sale fall through due to lack of these. However the peace of mind from not having rain inside the house is great.

Came out to look at job & quoted me. I text him the following day to accept the quote, he promised to come out end of following week. Didn't turn up, so I hired someone else as job needed doing asap. Not impressed by this company.

A good team who did the work on time and speedily - I would be happy to use them again.
Conservatory
Overall we had a good experience with Henry, once he got started, he cracked on to completion without us having to be there to keep an eye on things, and a true test was when we had an unexpected leak after the job was complete, he came back quickly and sorted it out. He left the site clean and tidy and removed all his rubbish. Would recommend him.

Despite giving 10-year guarantee, the conservatory is leaking and he is not responding at all despite many emails, photographs, phone calls. Very disappointing.. avoid as the work does not stand up to the test of time.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
I have had an absolute nightmare with this company. I had to challenge them on everything they did. Roof leaking 3 times during work, inappropriate materials , not meeting building regulations, not removing rubbish, damage to my floor, completion times extended and worse, I have no idea if the back of my house is safe after they fitted RSJs not supported appropriately. I’m looking at a cost of £18,000 to put this right. DO NOT USE.
