Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Wetroom - we had to supervise their work daily due to shortcuts taken and mistakes made including breaking through a wall into another room. They left a mess daily. As a result of bad workmanship we now have rising damp coming from the shower room. Dan refused to fix the issue until we paid the balance despite the damage. Our neighbours have rising damp as a result and its affecting their electrics. Dan blocked our numbers and refuses to respond via email. A pro builder diagnosed wrong materials used.

We have brought in a professional builder and he has diagnosed that the wrong materials for a wetroom was used and substandard at that. We now have to remove the new tiles and start again. This means we need to purchase more tiles and more materials and re do the work done.

Hi Daniel responded quickly to my job and arrived on time he was polite and courteous even removed his shoes because it had been raining. He sourced the problem replacing a washer which was causing a leak. He is reasonably priced and I will certainly be adding his name to my phone book.
