Oh dear, it started off so well. Steve the plumber got in touch with us and turned up promptly when he said he would to give us a quote. As promised he phoned us with the quote and we made a date for a few weeks later for him to come and do the work. My husband took time off work on the day that we had arranged with the plumber, and guess what? Yep, he didn't turn up or even phone. What a total waste of our time.

Steve fitted 3 radiators and 2 toilet mechanisms in a day. He was punctual, polite and professional and did the job with minimum of fuss and inconvenience to us. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Came out as agreed very early in the morning to connect up a sink and taps in new kitchen. Agreed on a very reasonable price. No mess, no fuss. Will be using Steve again to have new shower fitted.
