All worked well, but the initial quote for between £70 - £150 was exceeded once on site and found that power hose was required and cost rose to £220. It would have been better to have been given this possible upper limit at the start. We did however agree a compromise and the work was then both well explained and carried out speedily and successfully.

They guys were really quick and efficient with fair pricing. They had responded and travelled out to the job within the hour and completed the work quickly and safely. We will use Sam and the team for any future work based on this experience.

Callum rang me back immediately after I'd posted and turned up exactly when he said he would. He gave me an estimated quote on arrival and kept me posted throughout the job when he thought costs might escalate. In the end he managed to resolve the problem, stuck to the quote and cleaned up really well. All in all, a very good service.
