Came around to quote but never provided quotation. So unfortunately I have to say unreliable.

All the details of what was required were left with the people of the house. Inc contact card. Cost and availability. It isn't my fault that communication was not relayed. I tried the numbers I had only to go to answer machine. I was told by the people I spoke to a the house that they had authority and were dealing with it.
