Didn't fix problem. Asked them to come back. They arranged a time and date and didn't show. Had to get another company to do job.
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Job 'done' (never completed) October last year, we have constantly had to be on to this company to replace a downpipe which was taken away without consent (and has left some damage to the property) and to fix some guttering that is still leaking. It has been a fiasco from start to finish with many promises made by Shaun and has been a very traumatic experience. With work like this, they should not be on any recommended. I'm afraid you cannot believe a word these 'tradesmen' say. Extremely disappointing.

Got my guttering quote at 10am - very competitive price. Work started at 11am and all 4 guttering jobs were completed by 3pm. Excellent service!
Leadwork
Having left messages on two other roofing contractors answerphones with no replies I contacted Rated People.com and no sooner had I posted the job on the website than Shaun phoned me. He arranged to call the next day, which he did. He inspected the problem; showed me a photo of the defect and offered to do the job there and then, as it was easy to carry out. Until the next rainfall it is difficult to assess whether the job has been carried out well, but the service so far has been good. Watch this space!
