Electric Oven / Hob - Installation
Quick to reply before giving the job, but failed to attend twice, and only responded after I messaged to ask where he was. Apparently another job ran long the first time, and an emergency call out the second. That's fine, things happen, but communicate with me before I have to message and waste two days waiting in for an appointment that was never going to happen.

Positive experience throughout. Jake had a pleasant but professional manner and was quick to deliver the service. The main job, replacing a fuse box was done within a few days of his initial visit. He also replaced a socket which we had not previously discussed. Unfortunately lights also needed replacing but were unlikely to be delivered at the time of his visit. He opted to come out an additional time for this rather than delay replacing the fuse box.
