Came on time was professional and I was not charged for his time. Unfortunately unable to fix the problem on the day and left without charging however the tap is broken now and I am unable to use the cold tap on the bath after his visit. Sent 2 messages waited for a response at least about my situation still not heard anything back. Disappointed to be left in a worse situation than when I began
