Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
The person that attended on site Joseph appeared polite at start but once the job started he never attended site and his workers were not following minimum safety practices i.e. transferring heavy OBS boardings on a ladder. The quote included removing old roofing including firrings only to find out that they quicky started boarding up with the existing firrings which were rotten. At the end I had to stop the job and was asked to pay 2000 £ for materials that was not provided with sufficient receipts for.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Not Honest,lied about having done my garage roof as per quated. Found out no work was done he went into one claiming it had been done despite the obvious it had not been done.It took several weeks before the rubbish was collected. The workers were excellent and very professional.work was done to ok standard.Dealing the contractor was a nightmare. I would not recommend.

Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Unfortunately this trader left holes in our wall, didn't complete the job as described and never sent the guarantee document as promised. It was almost impossible to get in touch for weeks afterwards. After a fix was promised on a number of occasions and then no-one showed up, I have now given up and will need to pay someone else to fix it. Very disappointing

Eventually a good job was completed. The trader was polite and informative whenever we spoke. The issue was a period of nearly two months in between the bay roof being installed, when holes were left in our walls, and the trader eventually coming back to fill them after a lot of chasing and no-shows. I am not sure what was going on but it was time-consuming for us and left us worried about damage to our property every time it rained.
I had a great experience with SR Roofing. The team was efficient and quick, completing the roofing job faster than I expected. The quality of their work was top-notch, and everything looks perfect now. The only small downside was the cleanup process, which took a bit longer than anticipated, but overall, I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable roofing work!
