2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes ended withholding monies to pay others to finish or put right his mess. Wouldn't hire again be warned!

Setwinder was very knowledgeable and understood my requirements. His estimate was reasonable and in my 'ball park'. I had to cancel my extension project for other reasons but I would definitely consider him in the future.

Good job done at a good price, turned up on time and finished job within time frame given, Also gave good building advice. Would use again.
