I have never used Rated People before. I will be honest, I was nervous due to the misspelling of the company on the Rated People website and the discrepancy of contact phone number and the guy that rang me. I'm a bit of a stickler for details like that. But Francisco, the engineer that responded arrived exactly on time, which was pretty damn quick the same morning as I posted my emergency and repaired the problem within 15 minutes. I'm impressed, I will book him again for ongoing services
