Damp Proofing
Major work was very good, i.e. the damp proofing and repointing. Everything done as per specification. However the replacement coving was disappointing. Value was about as expected, so nasty surprises.

We had a comprehensive survey of our damp problem which satisfied the solicitors so our house sale was able to proceed - what a relief! We didn't have the remedial works done but Sterling Preservation would have got the job if we weren't able to negotiate a deal with our developers solicitors.

Not over impressed with the quality of the finish. The plasterer is not a carpenter and should not be installing skirting boards.
